Welcome to the second quarter of 2023, which covers April, May, and June.
For geographical reference I am **MOSTLY** in ⇢ North America ⇢ USA ⇢ Central Arkansas. This quarter includes an international move that forced me to have my second ever capsule wardrobe (the first was when I was pregnant and couldn’t justify spending real money on temporary clothes). Packing one suitcase for a trip is hard enough for me, much less packing for several weeks. Oy vey.
What can you expect from me? You can expect to see what I wear, but don’t expect to see whatever is trending (sorry?). I’m a thirty-something-year-old stay-at-home mom who is forced into minimalism this quarter. Enjoy!

Q. How are you losing the weight?
A. I fast every day, I avoid eating processed or convenient food, and I supplement with berberine most days.
In other words
- I don’t eat ALL DAY but I do eat every day
- I primarily eat real, unprocessed food
- I take an OTC supplement that is proven to be as effective as metformin
